Sport and Wellness Day Terms and Conditions – Utsav e.V.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering or participating in the Sport and Wellness Day 2025 event organized by Utsav e.V..

1. Eligibility

• The event is open to individuals in the specified age groups and categories as outlined in the registration form.
• Parental/guardian consent is required for participants under the age of 18.

2. Code of Conduct

• Participants must demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.
• Any form of abusive, disruptive, or dangerous behavior will result in immediate removal from the event.
• All participants are expected to show respect to referees, volunteers, and fellow participants.

3. Safety and Medical Conditions

• Participation is at the individual's own risk.
• Each participant is responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate.
• The organizers are not liable for any injury, illness, or medical condition arising during or after the event.
• We take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of all participants. First aid will be available on-site. In case of serious medical situations, an ambulance will be arranged to transfer individuals to the nearest hospital.

4. Dress Code and Equipment

• Participants must wear appropriate sports attire and footwear.
• Required equipment (unless provided) must be brought by the participant.

5. Event Schedule

• The schedule is subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before their event time.

6. Liability Waiver

• By registering, participants (or their guardians) agree to release Utsav e.V. from all liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

7. Photography and Media

• Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for social media and promotional purposes. By attending the event, you consent (You/Family/Including kids) to the use of your image in such materials.

8. Disqualification

• The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating rules or displaying inappropriate behavior.

9. Disputes

• All decisions by referees and the organizing committee are final and binding.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

• All data collected during registration is stored securely and in compliance with legal obligations. It is used solely for the purpose of this event and only for planning the smooth execution of the event. The information will not be used for any marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. All the data will be immediately deleted after the event is complete. In case of any concerns, reach out to IT@utsavev.com or talk to one of the organizers personally.
